All Gaufest hotel rooms are all in the Harrah’s Waterfront and Bayview Towers close to the Waterfront Conference Center where all of the Gaufest events will be held.

Harrah's is a 4-Star resort. The hotel rooms are large and spacious, with a refrigerator in every room. Harrah's offers Valet service, as well as express check-in and check-out. Check-in time is 4:00pm and checkout time is 12:00pm. There is ample onsite parking with 5,800 parking spaces for added convenience.

You are encouraged to book your room early to ensure the group rate. This is a summer resort and rooms tend to get booked quickly, especially for extended stays.

The Gaufest hotel room Group Rate cut-off date is Monday, June 6, 2022. However, rooms are expected to go quickly so you are encouraged to book your room early to ensure the group rate. No deposit is required for room reservations. If you change your mind, rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours before your intended arrival. Better to have a room than be disappointed.
