Festabend Entrée Options


Gaufest Festabend includes a three-course plated dinner and coffee service.

The Festabend entrees have been carefully developed by Harrah’s Banquet Chef Lou who is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.

You will have your choice of Beef, Chicken, Fish, or Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free entrée.

  • Beef: Braised Beef Short Rib,

  • Chicken: Baked Bavarian Pretzel Crusted French Chicken Breast.

  • Fish: Horseradish Crusted Salmon

  • The Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free meal will include seasonal vegetables.


All are absolutely delicious! You can’t go wrong with any selection. You select your Festabend entrée when you order your Gaufest tickets.

Youth (ages 7 to 12) will be served chicken fingers.
